User Guide

  • The file must contain the following columns: SMILES (drug molecular structure) and Target Sequence (protein sequence)
  • It is recommended to upload ≤10 samples at a time to avoid GPU memory shortage (batch_size can be modified in multi-GPU environments)
  • Processing time: Approximately 10-20 seconds per sample (depending on GPU performance), please be patient
  • If upload fails, check the file encoding (UTF-8) or column name spelling
